Osim toga, \u017eivotinjsko meso radije zamjenite ribom i proteinima iz povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"naslovi\">Zbogom prera\u0111enoj i praznoj hrani<\/h2>\n<p>Da bi stanica odr\u017eala zdravlje, potrebno ju je opskrbiti s dovoljno mikronutrijenata, a to \u0107emo najbolje i najlak\u0161e posti\u0107i jedu\u0107i ve\u0107e koli\u010dine sirova vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Hrana bogata mikronutrijentima ne zna\u010di ujedno i hranu bogatu kalorijama. Zato se manjak folne kiseline mo\u017ee odraziti na ispravno funkcioniranje stanice.<\/p>\n<p>Jedite \u0161to vi\u0161e sirove hrane ili kratko kuhane u vrlo malo vode jer toplinska obrada namirnica uni\u0161tava 50-90% folne kiseline u hrani.<\/p>\n<p>Bit \u0107e jo\u0161 bolje ako svoj tanjur usto napunite hranom koja je bogata folnom kiselinom, a to je:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>povr\u0107e tamnozelenih listova<\/li>\n<li>kruh od integralne p\u0161enice<\/li>\n<li>grah i gra\u0161ak (ne smije biti prekuhan)<\/li>\n<li>ora\u0161asti plodovi i sjemenke<\/li>\n<li>klice<\/li>\n<li>naran\u010da i grejp<\/li>\n<li>jetra i ostale iznutrice<\/li>\n<li>perad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Jedite po bojama<\/h2>\n<p>Svakodnevno jedite najmanje 5 obroka svje\u017eeg vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a. Ali ne jednih te istih namirnica, nego namirnica iz najmanje 5 razli\u010ditih grupa namirnica iste boje.<\/p>\n<p>Dokazano je naime da postoji veza izme\u0111u boje namirnice i fitonutrijenata koje sadr\u017ei, pa bismo zato trebali u svoju svakodnevnu prehranu uklju\u010diti barem po jednu namirnicu odre\u0111ene boje. Lak\u0161e od toga ne mo\u017ee biti.<\/p>\n<p>Evo i za\u0161to: svako vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e ima jedinstvenu kombinaciju fitonutrijenata koji na na\u0161 organizam imaju odre\u0111eni utjecaj.
