Jednostavno re\u010deno, treba ih izgladniti do istrebljenja!<\/p>\n<p>Je li istrebljenje gljivica mogu\u0107e samo uz posebnu prehranu, te\u0161ko je re\u0107i, jer nema dovoljno znanstvenih ispitivanja koja bi to podr\u017eala ili negirala.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, na desetke tisu\u0107e \u017eena uvjerilo se u korisnost ovakvog na\u010dina prehrane i preporu\u010duju ga jedna drugoj. Posebice se to odnosi na \u017eene koje u\u010destalo pate od gljivi\u010dne infekcije, i to vezano uz stres ili hormonske utjecaje.<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, ova se dijeta preporu\u010duje kao pomo\u0107no sredstvo protugljivi\u010dnim lijekovima. Uz nju bi gljivice trebale biti br\u017ee istrebljene, a gastrointestinalni sustav br\u017ee oporavljen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block\">Zbog pove\u0107anog unosa bjelan\u010devina dijeta se ne preporu\u010duje \u017eenama koje imaju bubre\u017ene tegobe.
